1. Nothing is shipped physically
SCOPE is an online software service. We do not ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed. What you buy is access to SCOPE features in your account at app.scopesatellite.com.
2. When your plan is delivered
- Online checkout (card, UPI or net banking through Razorpay): your plan is activated immediately after the payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes.
- Direct payments (UPI transfer, PayPal or bank transfer): we confirm the money has arrived and activate your plan within 1 business day of you submitting the transaction ID with your SCOPE payment reference.
Plans are 30-day passes. The 30 days start when the plan is activated, not when you pay.
3. How results are delivered
Each satellite scan normally finishes within a few minutes. Results appear in your account, where you can view them and download the PDF report, GeoJSON and CSV files. For sites you ask SCOPE to watch, change alerts are also sent to your account email. How much a scan can show depends on satellite coverage and cloud; see the Terms of Use for the service's limits.
4. If your access is not delivered
If your plan is not active within the times above, email jissalgigi@gmail.com from your account email with your payment reference. We reply within 3 business days and either activate the plan or return the money, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Where SCOPE is available
SCOPE is available online worldwide. Prices are shown in Indian rupees for customers in India and in US dollars elsewhere.
