1. What you buy
SCOPE paid plans (Pro, Business) are 30-day access passes to an online software service, paid once. They do not renew automatically, so there is no subscription to cancel and you are never charged again unless you buy another pass.
2. Delivery
SCOPE is delivered digitally; nothing is shipped physically.
- Direct payments (for example PayPal or bank transfer): after you pay and submit the transaction ID with your SCOPE payment reference, we confirm the money has arrived and activate your plan within 1 business day. Your 30 days start when the plan is activated, not when you pay. If we cannot match a payment within 3 business days, we contact you and either activate the plan or return the money.
- Online checkout (where offered): the plan is activated immediately after the payment is confirmed.
3. Refunds
- Within 7 days of purchase, you can request a full refund if you have used no more than 2 scans on that pass.
- If SCOPE was unavailable or a technical fault on our side prevented you from using the service, we refund the affected pass in full or extend it, as you prefer.
- Scans that fail to produce a result are never counted against your plan.
- Duplicate or mistaken payments are refunded in full.
- Outside these cases, passes are non-refundable once used, because the satellite processing has already been performed.
4. How to request a refund
Email jissalgigi@gmail.com from your account email with the payment reference (shown in your plan details and in the payment confirmation). We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (the same PayPal account or bank account you paid from) and usually reach you within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank. Transfer fees charged by banks or payment services are not refundable.
5. Satellite results
Refund eligibility does not depend on whether change was found: a "no significant change" result is a valid result. SCOPE is a screening service; please read the limitations in the terms before buying.
